Local Leadership for Local Matters
Local Leadership for Local Matters
Small Business Owner - Community Volunteer - Environmental Advocate - Wife & Mother
I'm a lifelong resident of Halton Hills, small business owner, and proud parent who believes local government works best when it listens to the people it serves.
For nearly two decades, I've built and operated local businesses (Codys Cows, Maltby Stables, Earth Credit Canada) created jobs and worked alongside families, farmers, volunteers, and community organizations. Those experiences have taught me the importance of practical decision making, responsible budgeting and finding solutions together.
Community service has always been a priority. From volunteering with local organizations and supporting food drives and breakfast clubs for the school, to advocating for agriculture and environmental stewardship. I've spent years working to make Halton Hills a stronger place to live.
As a parent, I understand the challenges families face- from rising costs and public safety to recreation, infrastructure, and ensuring every child has opportunities to succeed.
Proven results that speak for themselves.

I have been volunteering in our community for many years, working tirelessly to make Acton a better place.
Organizing community events Easter, Halloween, Christmas Hampers, Fundraising for Schools, and Youth, sports clubs

Real leadership starts with listening. I'll work to ensure every resident has a voice at Town Hall, while delivering practical solutions that strengthen our community, support local businesses, and protect what makes Halton Hills special.
Every resident deserves to be heard. I believe the best decisions come from listening to the people who live, work and raise their families in Halton Hills. I will be accessible, responsive, and committed to representing your voice at Town Hall.
As a local business owner and community volunteer, I understand the importance of making every dollar count. I will advocate for responsible budgeting, transparent decision-making, and practical solutions that deliver real value for taxpayers
Together, we can strengthen our neighbourhoods by supporting local businesses, protecting our rural heritage, improving infrastructure, maintaining parks and trails, and ensuring Halton Hills remains a safe, welcoming place for families, seniors and future generations.
Protecting your tax Dollars
Taxpayers deserve to know that every dollar is being spent responsibly. I will advocate for transparent budgeting, regular reviews of municipal spendings and focus on essential services before unnecessary projects. My goal is to ensure residents receive real value for their tax dollars while keeping future tax increases as reasonable as possible. Before supporting tax increases, I will look for savings, duplication, and spending that can be reduced or deferred.
Supporting Businesses
Small businesses are the backbone of or community. I will work to reduce unnecessary red tape, improve communication between the Town and Business owners, and encourage initiatives that attract investment while supporting existing businesses. I also support creating a Ward 1 Buiness Roundtable to give local entrepreneurs a direct voice in municipal decision making. Local Businesses will be heard. We have many different businesses in Town, yet only a few are recognized. We need to encourage a local Roundtable to ensure even home based business have a voice.
A Voice for Ward1
Residents deserve a councillor who listens and follows through. I will hold regular Town Hall meetings, provide monthly communication updates, and maintain an open door approach so residents always know what's happening at Town Hall and have meaningful opportunities to share their ideas and concerns. You won't only hear from me at election time. I will actively seek residents input before I vote - not after the decision has already been made.

Protecting Rural Halton Hills
Ward 1's rural character is one of its greatest strengths. I will advocate for protecting farmland, supporting local agriculture, preserving our natural environment, and ensuring growth is carefully planned so we can maintain the character of our rural communities.
Investing in Infrastructure
Well maintained roads, bridges, sidewalks, parks and community facilities are essential. I will support responsible investments in infrastructure and improve safety, accessibility, and quality of life while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
Building Safe, Connected Communities
Strong communities are built on trust, respect and opportunity. I will support initiatives that improve public safety, strengthen neighbourhoods, expand recreational opportunities, and ensure Halton Hills remains a welcoming place for families, seniors, youth and local businesses.
